You even noticed that your own budget seem impacted with the recession. Is it time for change?

The market is not what it use to be, that is almost an understatement. Does it have to be all doom and gloom? It is crucial that you stay in a dead end job just to stay afloat? Perhaps, for a while this is key. Yet, even more important than just staying is changing. Changing how you think about your work.
